Almost Family Ohio is a family centered approach to care, we were established in 2021 with one goal in mind - providing quality care
We were built on the belief that quality care starts with genuine compassion. We believe that partnering closely with families, care managers, and community support ensures services are delivered with respect, reliability, and heart.
We strive to provide quality and dependable service to all our individuals. our goal is to bring some peace of mind to families and individuals alike, we personally know the struggles of having to care for a loved one while maintaining a healthy family work life balance.

OUR SERVICES
Almost Family Ohio provides non-medical home care services through the Ohio Medicaid PASSPORT Waiver services, and Next Generation MyCare Ohio programs.
Our services are designed to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Services may include:

Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Light housekeeping

Medication reminders (non-administrative)

Companionship and supervision
All services are provided based on program eligibility, care plan authorization, and individual needs.
